Lee Poncelet Performance Horses was established in 1996. We have been in the horse and ranching industry for more than 20 years and have been involved in numerous clubs and events, including:
- Cutting & Roping Event Organizer
- Judging numerous events
- Contract ranch work including roping, cutting, and branding
A well known performance horse trainer, located in the beautiful North Okanagan of British Columbia. We offer a fair “common sense” approach to horse training and colt starting for clients from all over the Province.
We offer horse training, cattle roping, cutting including working with buffalo, working cowhorse, barrel racing, colt starting, and more.

Performance Horse Training

Lessons, Roping & Clinics
We offer basic training, roping lessons, cutting lessons from beginner to advanced riders. We also deliver clinics tailored to your needs.
Colt Starting
The best athletes, the happiest trail horse, the fastest rope horse – all started with a strong basic foundation of training. We believe suppleness and body control are key foundations to starting any horse.
